Questions before you start?
Clear answers about trials, billing and managing your subscription.
Do I need to cancel the free trial?
No. If you do not subscribe and provide payment details, your trial ends automatically. You will not be charged.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year. The displayed annual price gives you 12 months for the cost of 10 monthly payments.
Can I add or remove user seats?
Yes. Contact ProcuraAxis support to adjust your seats. We will confirm any billing change before updating your subscription.
What happens after the free trial?
No payment details are required when you register. We will confirm your selected plan and billing details before a paid subscription begins.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. Supplier and Buyer plans can be used by a single user, and you can add more users as your team grows.
Can I switch between Supplier and Buyer?
Yes. You can upgrade an account from Supplier to Buyer when you need the additional buyer and supplier-analysis capabilities.
What data sources are included?
ProcuraAxis brings together opportunities from Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales and opportunities published directly through ProcuraAxis. Company information is sourced from Companies House.
How frequently is opportunity data updated?
Opportunity data is updated every 30 minutes after the relevant analysis cycles complete.
Is support included?
Yes. Chat and support tickets are included with paid Supplier and Buyer accounts.
What happens to saved work if I downgrade?
Your saved work remains in the Portal, but access is limited to the features and allowances of the free account. For example, if you have multiple opportunity Match Models, access will be limited to the free-account allowance.
